PP Fiber — Product Description
Our PP fibers (polypropylene fibers) are designed to enhance and reinforce cement-based materials. They are fully resistant to acids, alkalis, and salts, ensuring long-term durability without any corrosion risk. This makes them ideal for thin and delicate elements, as well as for structures exposed to frequent temperature and moisture fluctuations.
A hydrophilic surface treatment ensures rapid and uniform dispersion in hydraulically setting systems. The fibers separate instantly and distribute evenly throughout the fresh mix, resulting in homogeneous, easy-to-work mixtures.
PP fibers effectively reduce shrinkage cracking, increase early-age stability, and improve mechanical properties such as impact resistance and tensile strength. They are free-flowing and can be added either to the dry mix or immediately after water is introduced. The resulting mixes remain pumpable and sprayable, suitable for a wide range of applications.
