QuantumGeopolymer UHPC is a high-performance, low-carbon material suitable for advanced architectural, structural, and industrial applications.
Due to its exceptional durability, chemical resistance, and reduced CO₂ footprint, it is ideal for projects requiring long-term performance under demanding conditions.
APPLICATIONS:
·       Architectural façade panels and thin-walled elements
·       Structural components with enhanced durability
·       Urban furniture and landscape elements
·       Industrial floors and wear-resistant surfaces
·       Precast components exposed to aggressive environments
·       Heat-resistant and fire-resistant applications
·       Repair and strengthening of existing concrete structures

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
QuantumGeopolymer UHPC  is a next-generation cement-free binder system engineered for superior mechanical strength, durability, and sustainability. It leverages geopolymer chemistry to deliver a dense, low-porosity matrix with exceptional resistance to chemical attack, thermal cycling, and long-term degradation. It is a reduced carbon footprint UHPC compared to traditional Portland cement–based UHPC products.

COMPOSITIONS and MATERIALS
QuantumGeopolymer UHPC  is formulated as a multi-component dry blend optimized for geopolymer activation and high mechanical performance. It contains a combination of aluminosilicate source materials, fine mineral fillers, reactive pozzolans, and graded sands/aggregates. All these are premixed as Part A. When combined with an alkaline activator solution, as Part B, the mixture forms a high-density geopolymeric network with superior bond strength and microstructural refinement. Optional fiber reinforcement—such as steel, basalt, or polymer microfibers—can be incorporated depending on project performance requirements.
